Rates

The clinical rate for a 55 minute session (90837) is $135. Intake sessions will be billed at $200 in order to account for the additional work required to complete an assessment and diagnosis (90791). There is a sliding scale for private pay clients.

If you opt to use insurance and I am contracted with your insurance company, I will likely need to provide a diagnosis. I accept the following insurance plans:
